This aged spalted yellow birch burl bowl is a stunning piece that has all kinds of character.  The aging process created a mosiac of lighter and darker shades of wood that adds to the unique yellow birch burl stripes.  Add the spalting, and the result is one that would be hard to find anywhere else! Hand finished with all natural, non-toxic walnut oil and top coated with a blend of all natural beeswax, carnauba wax and walnut oil.
