Curly Maple Tray with Cobalt Blue Highlights

This amazing piece of wood was trimmed from a larger piece that I used for a different project. Originally intended for the scrap pile, I decided to rescue it and turn a bowl out of the center.  To accent the piece, cracks are filled with cobalt blue resin. Perfect for displaying or holding important items, it is hand finished with all natural, non-toxic walnut oil.  Measures 12"x9"x2".
