This tall birdseye maple vase has all the wonderful natural texture that birdesye figure has to offer.  It is not completely understood why rare birdseye figure occurs in trees and it is difficult to find. When I discover wood like this, I feel like I hit the jackpot! Its complexity and natural beauty is just umatched. Hand finished with all natural non-toxic walnut oil and a blend of carnauba wax, beeswax, and walnut oil.  14" x 8".
