Sold - Curly Winged Edge Maple Bowl

This maple bowl is part of my "cut-off" series - turnings that I've created from wood that I rescued from the scrap pile. The shape is a literal representation of the discarded piece, but the straight lines give it a contemporary feel. Hand finished with all natural, non-toxic walnut oil, this bowl's amazing color and curl shows off how special wood can be. 12"x9".
